Rare and remarkable is the only way to describe the works recently acquired from a notable local private collection. Over many decades the collector developed an eye for collecting the best in Inuit art. They searched out iconic works from the top artists from various regions of the arctic. Included in this exhibition are important works by Pauta Saila, Osuitok Ipeelee, Barnabus Arnasungaaq, Lucy Quinnayuak, Nuna Parr and Judas Ulluaq. Also included is an incredible and diverse collection of Tupaluk's.

It is our pleasure to be able to present these works as a highlight of the gallery's fall exhibtions.
